Certificates of Deposit have many advantages including higher interest rates for varying terms of maturity. You can lock in an interest rate and schedule a maturity date to coincide with future cash needs. Certificates are FDIC insured bank deposits.

Terms range from 91 days to six years
Competitive interest rates
Interest is compounded and credited quarterly on daily balances
Minimum deposit requirement of $500 to open the account
