EZ Bank Telephone Banking

This easy to use service puts your account information at your fingertips 24 hours a day with a simple telephone call from the comfort of your home or office.

Once you've connected with the EZ Bank Telephone System, the voice prompt will guide you through your call step by step.

You may:

• Check your balances and last deposit or payment
• Verify if a check has cleared
• Transfer funds between accounts
• Transfer funds to make a loan payment
• Change your Personal ID Number

First Time Callers

Have your account number, type of account that you are inquiring about, and the last four digits of your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number that is registered to the account as your Security Code. For security reasons, you will be required to change your Security Code to another four digit number of your choice. The voice prompt will guide you in setting up your new Security Code.

Your Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America information is completely confidential since you choose your own Security Code. You may contact a bank representative for help or additional information during regular banking hours.

EZ Check Photo Card

Your personal photo on the front of your EZ Check Card provides added security along with the many convenient features of your card. Use your EZ Check Card to get cash or make transfers between your savings and checking accounts at thousands of locations across the United States and the world. As part of the SHAZAM network your card can be used at most ATM locations. Your EZ Check Card is also a debit card and can be used to make purchases through you checking account at any merchant who accepts VISA®. There is a $1.00 charge per use of ATMs not owned by Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America. Additional charges may apply.

To locate an ATM near you, click on the SHAZAM logo and you will be directed to the SHAZAM web site. This site will also show you where the Privileged Status (Surcharge Free) ATM's are located. The In Balance logo will also help you find surcharge free ATMs.

Minnesota Independent Banks have joined together to provide their customers with access to a statewide network of surcharge free ATMs. The Independent Community Banks that are a member of In Balance can provide you with great service and the advantage of surcharge free ATMs throughout Minnesota. Shazam Privileged Status ATMs

Privileged Status is a program developed by the Shazam Network to help community financial institutions provide their customers with a broad base of surcharge free ATM locations. These institutions will display the Privileged Status Logo. For more information click here.

Recipients can use their Citizens State Bank Gift Card to get almost anything they want, from clothing and electronics, to dining out, travel and more. Since Citizens State Bank Gift Cards are prepaid VISA® cards, they're more flexible and convenient than store-brand gift cards.

Features:

• Can be used at millions of locations that accept VISA debit cards, including web sites and phone orders.
• Not limited to a single retailer, location or purchase.
• Safer than cash—card can be replaced for the unused value if lost or stolen.*
• When used, the card balance is immediately reduced by the amount of the purchase.

Gift Cards are available in denominations from $25.00 - $500.00. A fee of $2.00 will be incurred for each Gift Card activated.

* A $15.00 charge will be assessed to replace and transfer the balance of a lost or stolen card.

Direct Deposit

Social Security, government agencies and many employers will automatically deposit your checks to your account at Citizens State Bank. Funds are available the same day and your check is protected against loss or theft.

Pay yourself first! Tell us how much and when you'd like to have money automatically transferred from your checking account to your savings account. We'll do the rest.
