Q: What features are available?
A: EZ Net allows you to:

Q: When is EZ Net available?
A: You may access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q: How do I access EZ Net?
A: Visit Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America's home page at www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com. First Time users can register from the home page.

- Go to www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com and click Register from within the EZ Net Internet Banking login box
- Read and accept the terms and conditions
- Complete the Registration Form and click submit
- You will receive a confirmation email instructing you when you will be able to access your accounts
Q: Am I able to change my User ID?
A: Yes. Log into EZ Net and click User Options, Change User ID
Q: What if one of my accounts isn't accessible within EZ Net and I want to add it?
A: Contact us at 952.467.3000 and we will assist you with this. Please do not use the enrollment form to register this account.
Q: Are there any restrictions on the password that I choose
A: You will be instructed with the password specifications during the registration process. Please remember your password exactly as you type it on the registration form. The password is case sensitive, meaning, if you choose to have capital letters, they will always need to be capitalized upon accessing EZ Net.
Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: If you have answered the Challenge Question you will be able to reset your password immediately. Go to Online Banking, EZ Net Internet Banking, Reset Password.
Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Your account information is updated three times each day.
Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system will automatically show the current month's transactions and information. However, by selecting User Options, you can choose to change the history date range and sort order.
Q: How late in the day may I make funds transfers?
A: The cut-off time for the current day's business is 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Any funds transferred after this time will be processed the following business day.
Q: If a funds transfer occurs on a weekend or holiday, when will the transfer occur?
A: The funds transfer will occur on the business day after the weekend or holiday.
Q: What is the difference between "Transfers" and "Schedule Transfers"?
A: "Transfers" allow you to transfer funds between accounts on the current business day when the transfer is completed prior to 2:00 p.m. If the transfer is completed after 2:00 p.m., the transfer will occur the following business day. "Schedule Transfers" allow you to select a date(s) in the future to schedule a transfer. The transfer can be a one-time transfer or a recurring transfer (ex. Every 15th day of the month.) Transfers may be added, edited, or deleted at your discretion. After a one-time transfer or final recurring transfer has processed it will be deleted and will no longer appear on the Scheduled Transfers Summary page.
Q: May I make a payment on my Citizens State Bank loan?
A: Yes. You may use the transfer option to move funds from your checking or savings account to your loan account.
Q: May I make an advance from my line of credit?
A: Yes. You may use the transfer option to advance money from your home equity loan and other lines of credit to your account.
Q: Where may I find more information on Bill Payment?
A: Go to our website, www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com, Click on Online Banking, Bill Payment and Presentment.
Q: What is "Notifications" within Account Access?
A: We will notify you by email when your account reaches a balance you specify, when a certain check you specify has cleared, or when a CD is about to mature. You set up the details and we do the rest.
Q: I have several accounts displayed in EZ Net. Is there any way to easily identify the accounts rather than by account number?
A: You have the ability to change account names for easier recognition. Using this feature, you may also elect to not display selected accounts. Go to Account Access, User Options, Change Account Nicknames. Click the account you wish to change, name your account, click change, and you're done.
Q: What kind of browser do I need to have?
A: Because of their security features, EZ Net supports Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Explorer. We suggest you use the latest release to ensure the best security. The browser must support 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption. To get the latest browser release, go to www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com, Click on More Options (next to Login) and Difficulty Logging On. This will bring you to an online help document to assist you with your browser question.
Q: How do I check my browser version?
A: If you are using either Internet Explorer or Netscape for your web browser, follow the steps below to determine the version you are using.
- Open your browser (the program you use to get on the Internet).
- On the menu bar (located at the top of your screen), click on HELP.
- The menu will drop down. Then select ABOUT NETSCAPE (NAVIGATOR or COMMUNICATOR) or ABOUT INTERNET EXPLORER.
- HELP will display the version of the browser you are using. Click on OK to exit.
Q: What can I do to protect my accounts and personal information while I'm banking online
A: Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America takes numerous steps to keep your accounts and personal information secure, but you also must maintain the security of your own banking information. Here's what you can do:
- Memorize your EZ Net password - Your password authenticates you when you begin an EZ Net session. You should memorize this password and never write it anywhere or reveal it to anyone.
- Enhanced Login Security - Each computer you access EZ Net Internet Banking from is registered with us by you from within EZ Net. If you choose not to register your computer you will be asked a challenge question in addition to your password in order to access your account information. This Enhanced Login Security gives you added security.
- Change your password regularly - It's important to change your password regularly, which you can easily do within an Internet Banking session, under "User Options".
- Remember to sign off - It's important to sign off when you're finished banking (especially when you are not using your personal computer). However, by default EZ Net has a time-out feature. You can select the amount of time within "User Options".
- Utilize the built-in security features of your browser - We recommend that you utilize the built-in security features that browsers provide because this will help provide extra security. Upgrade to a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. To get the latest browser release, go to www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com, Online Services, Update Browser.
