A: The Company "Super User" is set up at the time the Company profile is established by a Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America Financial Services Representative. This user has access to all rights / functionality as well as the ability to set up subsequent users with equal or lesser functionality. The "Administrative User" is set up by the Company Super User and the rights / functionality of that "Administrative User" is determined by the Super User.
A: The "Super User" (created by the Citizens State Bank Financial Services Representative) is the only end user that can see all users of that company. The "Super User" can assign other subordinate users to also be "Administrative Users" (to add additional users, do activity reporting etc.) however a subordinate user who is also an "Administrative User" will only be able to see and modify permissions for users who are not Administrators of any kind. Only the "Super User" can make another user an Administrator.
