EZ Net Bill Payment and Presentment can save you the hassle of handwriting checks and envelopes plus sorting and storing paper bills every month. You have the convenience of receiving your bills online and a click of the mouse will send your payments to whomever you wish, whenever you wish. Now you can receive, view, manage, and pay bills on our secure Web site.

You can order a CD containing the previous year's payment and online bill information. These CD's offer you a convenient method of storing your payment history for tax purposes or simply for enhanced record keeping. The CD's will be secured with a security key, delivered separately by email, that you will be required to enter before accessing the data. There will be a Year End CD Fee of $30.00 per request.

You must have enrolled in EZ Net and have a checking account with Citizens State Bank Norwood Young America to enroll in our Bill Payment and Presentment service.

It's easy to enroll. Just log on to www.CitizensStateBankNYA.com and click on the "Payment Manager" link, then click on the "View and Pay Bills" link. Next, complete the brief online application and click the continue button. Review the online disclosure, then click on the Agree/Accept button to accept the agreement. You can start using Bill Payment as soon as you receive your activation confirmation e-mail. This is usually sent within 48 hours of your application being received.
